Dear Friends,

As i mentioned in the video, im taking 30 days healthy weight loss challenge friends. Here i'm sharing my day 1 routine here.

My Diet Chart :

Daily i will follow the above diet chart and apart from this i'm drinking warm water all over the day.

###### DAY 1 ########

_______Morning _______
Warm Water in empty stomach
Breakfast - Veg Salad
Mid Morning Drink - Moringa ( drumstick leaves) soup

Lunch - 1 millet cup rice + dal + Bottle gourd poriyal

Green Tea (5pm)
Walking ( 6pm)

2 Chapathi + Garlic Chutney

I will share recipes which i'm taking daily with you friends, hope it will also help you.
