Jeff Mach Events in partnership with the Hyatt Regency Princeton will be running an audit of purchased tickets and confirmed guestroom reservations on Tuesday November 15, 2016. At that time it will be required for any guest with a confirmed reservation at the Hyatt Regency Princeton to either be a paid attendee, a volunteer, a performer, or an attendee who emails [email protected] asking for special dispensation to buy tickets at a later date.
You can purchase your tickets at www.glimmerdark.com/tickets
There are currently 150 guests/50% of the Hotel occupancy with confirmed reservations who have not purchased their tickets for the event. It is not fair to the rest of the Wicked/Glimmerdark community to hold your room reservations without a full commitment of attending the festivities in February. Upon completion of the audit, an email will go out notifying you that your reservation will be cancelled and will provide you a cancellation number.
As a friendly reminder: On Friday January 20, 2017, all reservations will be charged a deposit of one night’s full room and tax. Any reservations with a credit card on file that gets declined will be cancelled immediately and their room will be returned to the Group’s inventory of available rooms left to sell.
If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to reach out to [email protected]. We thank you for your support.
Yours in Hospitality,
Jeff Mach Events & The Hyatt Regency Princeton
