Want to do healthy and easy meal prep and lose weight at the same time even if you're busy? Then here's the recipe.

Ingredients:
Red onion
Leek
Cauliflower/Broccoli
Ruda Vega/Yam
Red Cabbage
Shitake mushroom
Fennel
Fresh Garlic
1 Can of Coconut cream
Kumbo
Spices Indian or Italian seasoning, Rosemary, Cumin, Garlic powder
Bone Broth or Water only

In medium heat, saute red onions and leeks and a bunch of spices and garlic in coconut oil.
Add vegetables into the broth. Add coconut cream and enough water to cover the vegetables.
Simmer until cooked.
